Grange Reclamation operates from premises in North Lincolnshire and we have many years experience in building high specification houses, designing interiors and supplying materials for period property renovations. We can advise on all aspects of reclaimed timber usage in your building or renovation project.
About us
We can supply timber boards cut from reclaimed beams, for use as floorboards, in furniture making or for your period building project.
All of our timber is cut with a circular saw, giving a much smoother finish than wood cut with a band saw.
At the moment we have a large supply of new unplaned timber suitable for outdoor use as fencing or for sheds etc.
A good range of architectural salvage available, please phone for our current stock.
Our beams are sourced from buildings due for demolition, such as churches, warehouses, factories etc. These buildings are usually well over a hundred years old and were built using pitch pine or oak beams. We recover these beams to our premises where they are de-nailed by hand.
The beams are then cut into boards and then planed ready for use as flooring, in furniture making, restoration projects etc.
Because the boards are cut from old timber, when finished they display the colour and character that only comes from genuine antique timber.
